With nearly 40 years of experience in fields such as advertising, journalism, and entertainment, she has worked with companies like MTV, Globo, and Disney Channel, as well as in the corporate sector.
Currently, Regina works independently as a consultant and group facilitator, while also offering one-on-one coaching, behavioral design, and therapy sessions. She also collaborates with partner consultancies such as Nine Sapiens. Her background in communication is complemented by her work as a coach, facilitator, and mentor, with a focus on self-awareness and human development. Through her expertise, she guides transformation processes, helping individuals and teams improve their communication skills and make more conscious decisions.
