Education

Paula holds a degree in Educational Research from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and later completed a Master's in Pedagogy from the same university. She also studied Educational Technology at the University of La Frontera.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC™). Additionally, she specializes as a Leadership Embodiment Coach (LE) and in Brain-based Coaching through the NeuroLeadership Institute. Her training also includes expertise in innovative methodologies such as 4MAT Training & Design Methodology and Technology of Participation (ToP), as well as experience with various psychometric tools.

Paula is a prominent professional in leadership development with over 25 years of experience, passionate about supporting the growth and evolution of individuals and organizations.
She began her career in 1995, taking on various managerial roles in Chile, Spain, and Belgium, which fueled her passion for building leadership cultures that promote sustainable and successful businesses.
In 2005, Paula was recruited by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), one of the leading global executive education institutions. There, she held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Clients, Senior Faculty & Executive Coach, and Faculty Talent Manager for EMEA. In these roles, she collaborated with Fortune 500 organizations and their leaders, supporting them in coaching processes and designing, implementing, and facilitating large-scale leadership development solutions focused on high potentials, middle management, and C-suite executives.
Since 2019, she has continued to collaborate with organizations such as CCL and The Kairos Project, among others, to continuously advance leadership and organizational development on a global scale.

Lover of animals and nature. She was a rescuer of abandoned dogs and cats and continues to raise awareness about responsible pet ownership. Her dream is to have a shelter to rescue and care for abused animals.
She enjoys knitting and crocheting, especially creating garments to give as gifts. However, the speed of her knitting is far exceeded by the growth of her yarn and thread collection, especially if they are hand-made and sustainable.
She loves dancing and practices sports disciplines that combine movement and group choreography.
She lives in Alsemberg, Belgium, with her husband, daughter, dog, and three cats.
