Education

Olga pursued her passion for service by studying Hospitality and Tourism at Sant Pol – University of Girona (Spain), which became the foundation of a long and fulfilling career in the international hospitality industry. In 2010, she completed the General Management Program (PDG) at EADA Business School Barcelona (Spain), strengthening her strategic and leadership skills. Previously, between 1999 and 2000, she completed the CAP (Psychopedagogical Aptitude Course) at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), acquiring pedagogical competencies for teaching. Simultaneously, she studied Humanities at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, broadening her interdisciplinary perspective. More recently, she became a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC – 2019) and an Intercultural Trainer (Academy of Diversity & Innovation – 2021).

 

Professional experience

​

With extensive experience in managing and leading multicultural teams, Olga has built her career in key roles within the hospitality and tourism sector, holding positions in Operations and Human Resources across Mexico, the USA, Puerto Rico, Germany, Belgium, and Spain. She has played a leadership role in seven hotel opening projects over more than two decades, demonstrating exceptional ability in team leadership, operational process optimization, and achieving outstanding results. Her career includes managing high-end establishments, where she has implemented innovative strategies to enhance service quality and strengthen the customer experience. Her approach combines solid management training with deep industry knowledge, positioning her as a well-rounded and highly competent professional.

Olga has been living in Mallorca (Spain) for years and enjoys a natural environment of sea and mountains.

She practices swimming—water is her element. She enjoys walking, crocheting, cooking and baking, spending time with family, traveling, and continuously learning and improving her language skills.
