Hugo Kruger is an Organizational Psychologist, Executive and Team Coach, specialist in complex negotiations, and an expert Consultant in processes for generating collaboration scenarios.
Education
He is a Psychologist with a Master's in Organizational Development and Behavior from Diego Portales University (UDP), a Master's in Mental Health and Social Sciences from the University of León, and a Master's in Mediation and Conflict Management from the University of Barcelona. Additionally, he is a professor at the University of Barcelona, EADA Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership.

He is a Partner at Nine Sapiens, where he has led Executive Development programs in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile, working with various companies across industrial sectors such as Sanofi, Telefónica, BBVA, Banco Santander, Sabadell, Metlife, Endesa, Entel, among others.
He has 11 years of experience as a Coach, working with clients in both the Americas and Europe. He also has 12 years of experience as a Consultant across different economic sectors, organizations, and public and private institutions. Additionally, he has 15 years of experience as a Mediator in organizations, teams, and individuals, 19 years as an Associate Professor at various universities in the Americas and Europe, and 25 years as a Facilitator in HR and Organizational Development topics.
He is certified in training, evaluation, and coaching tools such as FIRO-B, Change Style Indicator (CSI), Influence Style Indicator, London Psychometric Questionnaires Wave, and various simulations and programs.
He is the co-author of the books Eneagrama en la Organización (2005, Ed. Cerro Huelén) and Nine Sapiens: Psicología y Evolución de los Tipos de Personalidad (2020, Ed. Universo de Letras).

For Hugo, traveling on his motorcycle is a passion. Riding thousands of kilometers under the sun, rain, wind, or breeze, reaching a refuge, and resting. Waking up the next day and being amazed by the new surroundings.
Another of his passions is the mountains. For him, the mountain is a magical place, whether it's in the Andes, the Alps, or the Himalayas. "Any hike in the mountains is worth the effort."
