Education
Felipe holds a degree in Engineering from the State University of Ponta Grossa (Brazil). He also holds an MBA, a Master's degree in Human Resources, and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Innovation. In addition, he is certified as an Executive Coach and in Agile methodologies for Human Resources (Agile HR).
His academic background reflects a unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership, and innovation, enabling him to effectively connect business strategy with people and organizational development.
Professional experience
With more than 15 years of international experience, Felipe has built his career supporting organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and performance improvement.
He began his professional journey in companies backed by some of Brazil's leading private equity firms, including GP Investments, 3G Capital, and Vinci Partners, where he worked on business transformation, organizational development, and strategic people initiatives. across sectors including infrastructure, industrial, technology, and retail. During this period, he was involved in business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, restructuring, and turnaround initiatives, developing a strong understanding of how organizations create value and execute their business strategy.
He later built an international career with LATAM Airlines, where he held executive HR leadership positions before becoming HR Director for Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, serving as a member of the regional Executive Committee. In this role, he led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, organizational design, leadership development, culture, productivity, and change management across multicultural and highly complex environments.
Today, Felipe combines this executive experience with his work as a consultant, facilitator, and Executive Coach, partnering with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance business acumen, and connect strategy, people, and sustainable business results.

Outside of his professional life, Felipe finds his greatest joy in spending time with his wife and their three children.
For more than fifteen years, he practiced martial arts—an interest currently on hold but one that continues to shape his discipline, resilience, and approach to challenges.
Music also plays a special role in his life. He enjoys playing the guitar as a way to unwind, foster creativity, and express his artistic side. Passionate about both technology and craftsmanship, he also enjoys building, modifying, and customizing some of his own musical equipment.
