Claudia is an Organizational Psychologist specializing in Corporate University management and Leadership Development. She is a consultant with expertise in Organizational Transformation and Talent Development processes in the mining industry and multinational service companies, including Banking, Retail, Airlines, Cinemas, and Hospitality.

Education

​

She holds a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, which she complemented with a Diploma in Organizational Well-being and Happiness from the same institution.

 

Professional experience

​

Claudia has held leadership positions in Human Resources, rising to the role of Corporate Director of Training and Development for various local and multinational companies based in Latin America.

As Director of Training at LATAM Airlines, the leading Latin American airline with 54,000 employees, she led the LATAM Academy. She managed a team of over 200 people across Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, and Brazil, overseeing training for the entire organization, excluding pilots. Following the merger of LAN and TAM, she was responsible for designing and implementing LATAM Culture Workshops and Executive Training Programs, where she actively participated as a trainer alongside directors from different areas. These workshops focused on developing key skills for executives to manage change, model cultural transformation, and lead the new brand implementation.

As Corporate Training Director at Codelco, the world’s largest copper producer, she spearheaded the centralization of training and development through the creation of UCodelco, a Corporate University structured into 10 Academies. This initiative ensured the comprehensive training of all employees and the development of essential competencies for the company’s cultural and operational transformation. Claudia played a key role in the Leadership Academy, actively training and working with leaders to develop and retain talent in alignment with business challenges.

As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, she has advised companies on defining leadership roles and developing leadership competencies as critical elements in change management. She has worked to align internal training with business strategy, ensuring that purpose and values are translated into clear behaviors. Some of her clients include Banco Santander Chile, Cinépolis in Mexico, Hoteles Explora, and Sky Airlines, among others.

Additionally, in Ecuador, through Organizational Well-being initiatives, she has provided training on Workplace Harassment topics.

In her free time, Claudia actively participates in the Madrid School of Writers, enjoys reading biographical novels, and watching historical series. She is also passionate about the Chilean and Argentine Patagonia, having taken multiple trips to explore the region through trekking and siteseeing.
