Mª Antonia Krüger is an Executive Coach, Trainer, and Organizational Development Consultant.

 

Education

 

She studied Business at Adolfo Ibáñez University in Santiago, Chile, with a minors in Human Resources and Journalism. Additionally, she holds a Master’s in Commercial Management from the same university. Later, she completed a Full-time MBA at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She further enriched her education with an exchange program at SDA Bocconi in Milan and an Executive Coaching certification from CORAOPS.

 

Professional experience

Antonia has over six years of experience in Human Resources across various industries. She began her professional career in Santiago, Chile, completing internships at LATAM Airlines and Etex Group. Eight years ago, she moved to Barcelona, where she spent more than three years leading the Pilot Management Office, overseeing Recruitment, Training, and the Management of a workforce of over 300 pilots, in addition to driving various continuous improvement projects.

After completing her MBA, she worked at Nova Talent as an HR services consultant, leading executive-level talent search projects and managing key client accounts. She is currently involved in consulting, coaching, training, and transformation projects at Nine Sapiens.
