Angels is a Pharmacist, Coach, Trainer, and Mentor.

 

Education

 

She holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, a Master's in Health Economics from Barcelona Business School, and a Master's in Digital Marketing. She later became an Executive Coach at the European School of Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also trained as a Mentor in Talent Programs. Additionally, she is certified in the DISC methodology and is a trainer in Selling Skills and Marketing Excellence programs.

 

Professional experience

Angels has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, having worked in various Spanish, European, and American companies. Her experience spans multiple functional areas related to commercial activities, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Training, and Business and People Development.

Her career has developed both nationally and internationally, leading and managing teams of various sizes, as well as projects in Spain, Europe, the USA, and currently at a global level. She has primarily operated in the Diagnostics/Hospital and Pharmaceutical markets.

She possesses strong skills in leading large professional teams (managers, technicians, operators, call centers, training, etc.) in different environments during periods of growth and expansion (such as new product launches) as well as during periods of recession.

She has extensive experience in mergers and integrations processes, leading the integration of teams, procedures, and management tools. Her professional background has provided her with a holistic view of the different functions of the company, always with a strong focus on people.

Currently, her work is focused on the training and development of global commercial teams.
