Alfredo is a Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Trainer in Leadership Skills and Team Development.
Education
He studied Architecture at the University of Chile and holds a Master’s in People Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He is an Executive and Systemic Team Coach, accredited by the Complutense University of Madrid, and a PCC accredited by the ICF.
He is certified as an Agile People Coach, Scrum Master, Management 3.0, and is an accredited Instructor by the International Consortium for Agile.
Professional experience

Over the past twenty years, he has been a consulting partner in his own strategic HR consultancy firm, advising on multiple projects related to change management and cultural transformation, talent development, agile adoption, leadership skills training, executive coaching, and mentoring across Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
As a trainer, he has been involved in the identification, design, and execution of various programs focused on developing leadership skills and specific competencies, including workplace Enneagram, change management, adaptive leadership, high-performance team development, organizational agility, emotional intelligence, mindfulness applied to leadership, creative thinking, design thinking, distributive negotiation, and personal productivity, among others.
As a mentor, he supports the development of climate impact startups in Africa through BFA Global programs.
He has provided training in various master's programs in both Chile and Spain at institutions such as Universidad del Desarrollo, Coraops, and Eadic.
