Alfredo is an Executive and Performance Coach.

Education
He is a Veterinarian from the University of Chile, holds Diplomas in Business Management from the University of Austral of Chile, and in Finance from the University of Concepción. He is a certified Executive Coach by Human Company Coaching in Santiago, Chile, and has been accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Professional experience

With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world, Alfredo has held managerial positions in multinational and Chilean companies, some of them international leaders in the salmon industry. His background gives him a unique perspective in ontological executive coaching. He has also worked in the logistics, agribusiness, trade associations, and HORECA industries, leading teams of up to 120 people.
He has worked or negotiated in person with nationals from 40+ countries and is an expert in guiding leaders through the challenge of navigating complex scenarios.
He develops customized executive coaching programs, typically structured in modules, where he addresses crucial topics with his clients, such as leadership and communication styles, organizational architecture development, digital migration challenges, and those related to business sustainability. His approach focuses on co-creating and/or enhancing strategic skills, aiming to optimize performance and promote positive change in leaders, teams, and/or organizations, all backed by decades of experience in the global corporate world.
He served on the board of the Chilean chapter of ICF from 2015 to 2023 and was Vice President of ICF Chile for the 2017-2019 period.
He is also the founding coach of the Executive Coaching program offered by the Alumni Network of the University of Chile to its members.
